Srinivas Hasti, CEO
We started AI Thinkers as technologists who simply loved building products and solving hard problems. Over the years, that passion turned into a team of 150+ engineers, data experts, and builders who share the same drive to make technology actually work for people.
We’re solution builders and problem-solvers first — far less sales-oriented — and that mindset has helped us build lasting partnerships with startups, founders, and enterprises alike. The ups and downs have taught us that when you build with integrity and put your team first, great things follow.
Karthik Reddy, COO
Karthik began his career as a Java, Android, and iOS Developer, gaining deep hands-on experience across multiple tech stacks. Over the years, he’s built and led several technology teams, shaping them into high-performing, product-driven units. Since 2017, Karthik has been focused on building AiThinkers, driven by a passion for assembling the right people, fostering innovation, and scaling impactful solutions for global clients.
Since 2017, Karthik has been serving as the COO and Managing Director of AiThinkers. He was deeply involved in technology during the early years but gradually transitioned to building, nurturing, and empowering strong tech teams.
His role today revolves around driving culture, mentorship, and operational excellence — ensuring our teams remain self-driven, purpose-led, and performance-oriented. He believes in creating an environment where people grow faster than the industry itself.
At AiThinkers, growth is not optional — it’s built into our DNA. Every individual here is encouraged to evolve into a tech powerhouse, continuously learning and contributing. We’ve been building end-to-end products since day one, which gives our teams a 360-degree view of the product lifecycle — from concept to deployment.

Will Dent, CIO
Will Dent is Chief Information Officer and Head of AI Practice at AiThinkers, where he leads technical strategy, cloud architecture, and the build-out of the company’s AI product portfolio. Will’s mission is to make AI adoption predictable and operational: he designs the foundations — reliable data pipelines, governed embedding stores, secure cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD for models — that allow businesses to apply AI to real problems with measurable ROI.
At AiThinkers Will has been instrumental in productizing core capabilities: repeatable ingestion workflows for video/transcript/slide content, embedding and semantic search toolkits, and agentic automation patterns that integrate with enterprise ERPs, MDM systems, and compliance controls. His approach is pragmatic and phased: establish a governed data foundation, automate integrations, then incrementally add higher-value AI layers while ensuring observability and maintainability.
Will holds AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and CPMAI credentials, reflecting a blend of cloud fundamentals and applied AI practice. He is fluent across cloud infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD, containerization, and production ML ops, and he mentors engineering and delivery leads to scale repeatable delivery patterns across clients.
Based in Savannah, GA, Will brings a hands-on operator’s mindset to leadership — prioritizing clear milestones, cross-functional adoption, and the long-term operability of solutions. He’s focused on growing AiThinkers’ AI practice into a platform-driven capability that accelerates customer outcomes while preserving security, governance, and cost discipline.
